Client: Arquine - Infonavit --- Concept and design for the sexennial report of Infonavit’s Sustainability Research Centre (CIDS). “1,213 proyectos” documents the research effort of CIDS Center on planning and building sustainable and affordable quality housing. This book was a challenge in terms of time and complexity: 400 plus pages with lots of information along with several graphic elements like charts, diagrams, maps and other infographics from several sources of differing quality and content structures, besides a close deadline for the project. Our strategy was to prepare solid style guidelines for graphics, and to build flexible grid systems to clearly organize content in understandable hierarchies. This foundation allowed us to create dynamic layouts and expedite the process.
